Location: East London
The Mercedes-Benz South Africa CAReer Programme is a company-wide talent development programme which provides candidates with in-depth exposure to cross-functional activities within the company, cross-divisional assignments and further development opportunities.
CAReer is comprised of a 12 – 15 month assignment period. Within this period, the successful applicant will work in various business areas and departments. The assignments to be completed will be divided into three cross-functional projects, of which one will be an impatriate assignment in a Daimler Germany plant.
Target Group?
Highly skilled graduates, who have obtained a 4 year tertiary qualification or the equivalent, with between 1 to 3 years professional working experience in the following functional areas:
- Engineering, Research and development
- Mechanical, Industrial and Electrical Engineering
- Procurement and Supply
- Finance and Controlling
- Human Resources
Requirements:
- Computer literate
- Analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn the German language
- Ability to perform the minimum required physical and mental requirements of the function
