SPECIFICATIONS

The AMG 6.3-litre V8-engine generates an output of 375 kW/510 hp at 6800 rpm and a maximum torque of 630 Nm at 5200 rpm, making the ML 63 AMG one of the highest performing SUVs on the market. This unique combination of a high engine speed concept and a large displacement enables outstanding liveliness accompanied by powerful torque from low engine speeds. And with acceleration from zero to 100 km/h in just 5.0 seconds.

OVERVIEW

The ML 63 AMG is the benchmark in the sporty off-roader segment. The powerful heart of a high-performance athlete beats beneath the bonnet of the ML 63 AMG: a unit developed entirely by Mercedes-AMG. No matter what terrain you set out to conquer, the ML 63 AMG delivers a dynamic and exhilarating driving experience.

INTERIOR

The ultimate in comfort and the ultimate in ergonomic precision, the AMG sports seats combine luxury with performance. The side bolsters hug driver and passenger alike, holding both firmly in place while providing a better feel for the vehicle and the road. The new steering wheel is distinctive; the specially molded grip area is covered with perforated leather, and both lower steering wheel spokes feature a silver insert.

TECHNIQUES

The suspension based on Active Body Control (ABC) and newly developed AMG spring struts has the capability to all but eliminate body movement that occurs when moving off, cornering and braking. When in "Sport" mode, the spring and damping characteristics of the AMG sports suspension is firmer compared with the "Comfort" mode. Consequently, bends are negotiated with far less roll.
