• Represents portion included in vehicle price;
• 0 – 6 yr / 60 000km = 100% maintenance cover, which means no customer contribution for service, repair and wear & tear;
• 6 yr / 60 001 – 6 yr / 120 000km = maintenance cover with customer contribution as follows:
  • 30%: 60 001 – 80 000km
  • 40%: 80 001 – 100 000km
  • 50%: 100 001 – 120 000km
  • (applicable to petrol and diesel models)

MobiloDrive120+

• Additional portion that customer can purchase to offer 100% maintenance cover for portion 6 yr / 60 001 – 6 yr / 120 000km;
• Has to be purchased before 60 000km has been reached;

MobiloDrive160+

• Offering 100% Maintenance cover from 6 yr / 120 001 - 6 yr / 160 000km;
• Has to be purchased before 120 000km has been reached;
• Available if MobiloDrive120+ was opted for or to any Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars that has 100% cover in terms of the previous Maintenance Plan;

MobiloDrive160

• Offering 50% Maintenance cover from 6 yr / 120 001 - 6 yr / 160 000km at proportionally reduced price;
• Has to be purchased before 120 000km has been reached;
• Available irrespective whether MobiloDrive120+ was opted for, or not;
• Available to any Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car still covered in terms of previous Maintenance Plan;

MobiloDrive Buy-In

• Only applicable to vehicles wholesaled prior to 1 January 2006 that are still covered in terms of previous maintenance plan;
• Allows customer option to buy-in into MobiloDrive120;
• Any maintenance costs incurred by customer prior to buy-in to MobiloDrive 120 will not be refundable at all;
• Fixed cost for all Mercedes-Benz models = R2000 (incl. VAT)
• To qualify for product, vehicles needs to be less than 24 months old from date of first registration, with less than 60 000km;

Roadside Assistance, Touring Guarantee and Sign & Drive*

In a further commitment to your motoring enjoyment and peace of mind, Mercedes-Benz offers you customer oriented Roadside Assistance, Touring Guarantee and a Sign & Drive package with fast, easily understood, personal and technical assistance throughout the MobiloDrive period in the Republic of South Africa, Botswana and Namibia.

• Roadside Assistance - covers you for vehicle breakdowns, towing recovery and immediate mobility.
• Touring Guarantee – covers you for accommodations, public transport, car hire and vehicle repatriation as a result of you vehicle breakdown in excess of 100km from the vehicle licensing authority.
• Sign & Drive – is a support service. In the event of a flat battery jump-start or damaged tyre, the Customer Response Centre will dispatch support and cover.
